When I place a custom order, how can I be sure that the final product will be exactly what I wanted?

First of all, we will have a detailed discussion to understand exactly what is required. If it is a painting we will discuss the colors, the style, the size of the stone or the canvas. If it is an engraving we will discuss the amount of shadows and the details. If it is a pyramid or a lamp, we will make a sketch for all the layers and the color they will have.

Will we be in touch during the process of creating?

Of course. If you wish, we can contact you throughout and send you photographic material.

How long does it take to proceed a custom order?

It depends on the project. Usually, it takes from 3 days to two weeks.

In which countries do you ship?

Worldwide!!
